Remove pie from carton. Remove Film. Thaw at room temperature for 3.5-4 hours or refrigerate overnight.
For an Even Flakier Crust: Preheat conventional oven to 350F. Remove pie from carton. Remove film from pie. Place pie in center of oven on backing sheet and heat as follows:
Frozen Pie: Heat for 15-20 minutes and let stand for 5 minutes.
Room Temperature pie: Heat for 10-12 minutes Let stand for 5 minutes.
